I've got 4 done so far, and I've added old Porsche wheels.

Has anyone ever seen these Empi wheels in a mod before?

They're really popular on old Buses.

Those aren't there, but there are plenty to use.

Is ZModeler what I need to learn to use to make those files into GMTs?

Yep, open z3d file with zmodeler (download is free) and convert it to a format you can use with 3DSimEd... wink

I have no real experience with Zmodeler.
I have opened the z3d file, and tried exporting to GMT. But when I open the GMT, it opens (no error) but there is no object there.

3DSimEd doesn't seem to want to do anything with an .OBJ file.

Here's my options to export in Zmodeler over options to import in 3DSimEd.

Perhaps there's something else I need to do in Zmodeler before exporting to .GMT?
It's creating a .gmt, and it's opening in 3dSimEd, but it's totally blank.
This is the first time I've tried to work with Zmodeler.

But like I said in the previous post, 3dSimEd won't do anything at all with that .obj file. It's not on the list of filetypes to import, and when I choose that "All Files" option, it won't do anything with it either.

3dSimEd is not doing anything with the .OBJ file. It just will not load it. Won't Open File, Won't Import.

And I've just noticed that both the GMT, and OBJ created by Zmodeler are 0bytes. It's creating empty files.

What's the version of 3DSimEd you have ? Usually, wavefront obj is at the end of the list :

I do (3.0.9), and didn't even realize it was trial. It doesn't scream it at you when you start it up, I had to search to find out.

I also have a much older version (2.0.9) that I can't find anything about being a trial version on, and it is producing the same results for GMT, and doesn't even have the option to export .OBJ.
