some wip

here some rf1 preview...
for porsche fans wip ->

here some wip pic of lods

+ lod a ingame start gt3 model as placeholder wheels and SW will be changed soon

here is the 93578 with the first frontwheel in correct position

1.   pic is orginal wheel 12mb size

2.   pic is new pc wheel 0.6mb size

....

93578

the wheels are all mounted now
next will be interior from drm and srpl shaders for the body

this model is great and the conversion seems to be good quality.  cheers
normally you got hires cockp for intern view and some lowres cockp for view inside the car from extern

93578
cut out the roof from the interior yesterday got 3 lods now
from 0,6 down to 0,3 mb

Now must try to fit it into the moby and mirror it

the wiper has to be replaced as well - too many polys...

so ....fit in the cockpit in 3 lods

and srpl

new wheel template

wheel needs some shaders to be reworked...

still todo

shader wheels + mirror mapping for right side
wiper
rearlight glass
mirror interior + uv mapping
put ingame
lods b + c + d + entering correct draw distance
physics 935
sound ...

here are some more liveries all mate by smallblockhero - great guy
imo the quality of liveries is suberb

if someone good in painting what about these liveries?

template is in the AC mod

new glass texture

reworked livery apple

------

car is ingame now

lods are configured in simed

draw distance is reworked

physics replaced

sound is replaced

Isn't it great that we can take the Mick out of each others mistakes and laugh about it?

Amazing works! Or, as we say in Brazil... SÃO PORRETA!

Thar BMWs, Fords and other saloon widebodies, remember me so much our Stock Car...

A car that I'd like to see in RFactor is the Czech model Tatra T700 Ecorra Sport. It's a 300hp, rear-mounted, air-cooled V8 engine beauty.

YES! Totally agree, but if doing it, why not for GTR2 and GTL as well? This beauty from my country of origin needs some love it didn't get before...  cheers
