I have finished a first skin now, but the car is much too bright (too shiny) compared to the other cars (in GTL). Maybe there are some settings to use when saving? Can you please help me out? Thanks, Zziggy

Have you tried toning the colour down a bit? The only other way is quite complicated compared as you would have to make it standalone so that it doesn't interfere witj other cars or they will become duller and yours will still look brighter!yes, yes yahoo

Yes, I lowered the R/G/B values from 256 to 175, brightness -30 and contrast +30, now the cars don´t stand out so much. Still there are some reflections. Any tips for achieving a non-reflecting paint?

yes you can have non-reflecting paint but all the cars will have this not just the one your edting

Great car - thanks guys.

But I've an issue concerning the sounds: when I'm driving at rev limit (Monza 10k ;-D ),
sounds don't work proper anymore - even if I reduce the rev limit in the
.eng-file or I use sounds of other (GTL-)cars.

Any idea where to change something in order to get the sounds to proper work?

the sounds used are from the camaro if you have some better sounds for the car please share I did post this that the GTL guys could help out with the older cars..

I just tried using the .aud file and sounds from Ron's Jingle Bells Camaro SS from some time ago. It works perfectly.

Yep you have managed simply by overwriting the original wheel files so the wheels will be standalone, but if you want to add other sets of wheels you need to know how to do them as standalone so that they can be chosen individually for any car in one particular mod.

Cheers for your work though. I hope that I can give you some help to do that sometime when I am more able to concentrate.

Hi All, I have a problem with the mod Dodge Superbee. The car does not appear in the garage. I suppose this is because of the absence of "Sim_Forza_Cars.gdb".

Game Name = Forza cars
Game Filter = AND: FULL
IgnoreTrackFilter

SpecialClasses
{
   Dodge_superbee = Dodge Superbee
   AMSCAR = American Stock Car Series
   forza70 = 1970 to 1979
   Forza_cars = Forza cars
}
  and that for the ".car"

class = "Forza_cars, Dodge_superbee, forza70, AMSCAR"

Unfortunately, I still do not see the car in the garage.

PS: I also tried to put the full Forza Update ".gdb", but the result is the same.
